Displaying cue balls

I have used one of the old Brunswick wall racks for balls.....cut a piece of plexiglass for a cover so I wouldn't have to dust the shelves or balls.
One of those cubes used for displaying baseballs with cue ball sitting on a cheap rubber cue bumper.
You don't need a bumper. They already have a place to set the ball. The baseball holder is your best option.

I noticed on the link Bob posted there is actually a golf ball sized one so maybe someone makes one specifically for cue balls too.
That was just from a search on google. I have one that I bought years ago just like it. I think I got it from Muellers. I don't see them on their website, if I come across one, I'll post a link. I can't believe there aren't more of these available. I think I spent $65.

My concern would be the signatures fading. Maybe you need something that will block UV or something. If you store them in a drawer the balls will turn yellow. I would build something with cubicles with a glass like front.
I have had them for years, and I have a few duplicates but they signatures have stayed pretty solid. I had them sign them with SHARPEEs, and I would hate to see them lost. Several of them are HOF players and players that have passed away like Grady and Cole.
I used to display them sitting on cubes of chalk as well.
