distance from chin to cue when in stroke

You probably going to hear a lot of different opinions, some people might say it doesn't matter, whatever works for you, and others might say the closer, the better.
Personally, I think you get better aim and sight when you lower your chin closer to the cue. Look at all the professional snooker players, I haven't seen one player who doesn't do that.

Well there's at least 2. Ronnie O'Sullivan first.

I feel that a player will show up with this method ^ and take snooker to a new
height.....like Blomdahl did to 3-cushion.

Chin on cue does not improve your aim, I feel....some say it's purpose is more
like a second bridge.

Hockey players are told not to lean on their hockey stick...I don't think a chin
should be on the cue...you are not shooting a rifle.

Lol. Anyone who has ever seen ronnie o'sullivan play snooker knows he shoots with his chin right on the cue.

My cue physically touches my chin at least once on every shot during a practice stroke. I have no idea how many years I've been doing this. I would guess around 90.

It would seem he shoots both with his chin on the cue and off the cue depending on the shot.

Though I"m not sure about this photo....

Arent you smart. Well just watch any video of ronnie shooting snooker and he has his chin low even for a snooker player on 99% of his shots. I have no need to prove anything to anybody, itsjust a fact. Sorry buddy.
