Tried to Buy cue

I offered $555.00 North of $550.00 no Pay-Pal, refused sale. said he would list as Sold. To a Couson. After reading his other posts, I'm confused. Jim:confused: :confused: :confused:

Jeez, I was gonna offer 550 even tonight and I fully expected him to take it.

So after 3 threads and numerous requests for 550 or more before Ebay, now he turns you down? I, too, am confused. :confused:

Thanks Jim for not taking this to the forum like you said you wouldn't your a man of your word for a solid 14 minutes there, NICE.:confused:

Here is the deal, instead of taking 555.00 JIM BC had Dibs including shipping (and paypal 3 %) I decided (if it's okay) to sell the cue to a family member who I play with weekly.

Now if I had cut the cue into 650 little pieces one for everyone complaining about me not GIVING my wood away (or low balling) I would of got out of the cue and everyone would have a token Diveney slice along with my posterior!

I'll pass on 350.00 and 375.00, and while I'm at it 401-499 is not going to work for me either.

Thanks to all who made realistic offers sorry that we could not put anything together.

I had several offers at 550.00 (starting weeks ago) but it's not logical to ship and eat pay pal hopefully everyone who offered 550.00 or more can understand. You all know who you are, I truly appreciate your offers!

Well, glad you <finally> sold it!

This cue deserved to go someplace where it would be appreciated. Looked too nice not to.

But it sounds like had I taken you up on your (public) offer of $550 yesterday, that you wouldn't have accepted it anyways. Funny how things work out.

Not true Vonn, I'll be around and my reputation means allot on this board, your offer was reasonable and actually one of the better ones that I recieved. I had a few at 550.00 and one 2 weeks ago for 650.00. Jim BC offered 555.00 before yours so I would have sold to him had my cousin who's hit the cue not expressed an interest!

At any rate I feel that I didn't (hopefully) hurt anyone else I mean it's not like the cue hasn't been out there.
