I think it's important that a cuemaker has some presence at least locally before he goes to the internet.
Cuemakers who are known only on the internet scare me sometimes, and seem to be the first ones to go South when things start going bad with customers
Some cuemakers and casemakers pumped up on this forum have absconded with deposits and even cues that don't belong to them, once the wheels started coming off.
Others have produced awful work refusing to make things right, and in some cases it's turned out to be some of the lamest shit I've ever heard in my life.
Support your local cuemaker, if he goes to the internet to gain more of a national presence thats great, but beware of the internet only and under financed guys.
