The cuemaking world was very small at that time. Several guys could have made the cue, but I would guess HJ Rambow from an existing blank.

yeah i thought it looked like it could be made from a blank because of the joint being so small...

i was looking at some old pics.. the joint looks alot like some of the rambo's i was looking at but that doesnt mean anything..
