Oh, I loved Pill Pool. That was a really cool type of ring game, I always thought. But, I rarely ever seen a Pill Pool game get together. Back in the mid 90's, there was a group of very strong players who would play Pill Pool though. That was back when I was still kind of a beginner. And, they played for a lot of money, so I could not get in that game anyways. It was at a Student Center, on 9 foot Brunswick Gold Crown tables.

Never played Pill Pool but I did learn how to play in the pool room in the basement of the student union building at college, on 60's era GC tables. Never played on a bar table until years later cause I wasn't 21 yet.

Pill pool isn't just one game. There are a number of games you can play with pills. You can have a number of players often 5 or 6, like a poker game.
