Fantastic buy, the rest of us must have been asleep at the wheel. I used to search ebay for cues every single day looking for something like this, I stopped because I assume so many people are searching now a days on the internet that I lost hope of stealing a Szamboti or Bushka or something along those lines. Congratulations on your find!

wow, i have the exact same cue and i had never seen another until now. unbelievable, what a great deal for someone.

Hi,

Yes, I was lucky enough to spot this, and no one "outed" it on an AZ forum. I think the other bidders would be shocked by how high my last-second bid actually was. One downside that I will remedy after I get the cue--the seller was the Lamb Foundation.

"About this nonprofit:
The Lamb Foundation acquires, improves, furnishes, staffs and operates homes with supportive living for senior citizens and individuals with physical and mental disabilities who would otherwise be homeless or displaced in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, Pennsylvania."

I will send them a donation.

Take care, and good shooting and cue hunting,

Nick

I saw it and was watching it. I was going to snag it but got caught in a meeting at work that I could not get away from. I am sick over it. I don't really have money to burn on a cue, but for that little I can come up with it.

I missed a beautiful higher end early Palmer cue for $70 a few months ago and a Tad for $125 too.

I watch every day for these things........

I too was worried that somebody would bring up the cue here. When that happens, obviously the bids skyrocket.

It was actually my wife that was smitten with the cue when I showed it to her. It caused me to look at it more closely. When I realized what it was I was elated because the bidding was going nowhere. After looking more closely I was fairly certain that's what it was.

But....I am very happy for you. Well done! Bravo!

EDIT: I saved all the pics on my hard drive for future reference. Learning to identify cues is a hobby, but this cue is one example of why I do it. I've made smaller scores...but I have yet to make that big touchdown.
