Dodgy Searing Ebay listing

Hi,
Did anyone see this Dennnis Searing on ebay?

Looks suspicious. I remember a similar listing (same pics) appearing about 2 weeks ago (different ebay ID). The listing has a separate email (dodgy) for contacting the seller. I email the fella and he offered a Buy-It-Now price of USD1600.. then lowered it to USD1000... too good to be true I think. He insisted on being paid via western union. The listing was subsequently taken off by ebay the next day. The ebay ID had a shop selling mainly decorative tiles.

Now this new listing... very similar listing and pics .... different ebay ID... also separate contacting email in the listing... also selling other similar items as previously (drums, sound systems etc.)... BUYER BEWARE.

I think it's pretty funny that he says, "I don't know much about cues" but knows what type of joint, what veneers are, and what positions the rings are in....
 
Searing

This cue was up for sale a couple of days go along with a White and one other that the name escapes me. I had a watch placed on all 3 when I first saw them over a lunch break thinking I would return later to get more of the details. That evening all 3 were off the e-bay listings and there was no clue that they existed in my watch list.

Something strange about this listing...

...And he won't "approve" a buyer through the e-b e-mail, only through his business e-m. Perhaps a hijacked account, this one is indeed stinky.
 
Removed

The listing has been removed by ebay..... Not surprisingly...... I am sure the fella will try again in a couple of weeks.... Wonder where he got the pics of the Searing from??
