The collar looks the same but do these cues use the exact same shafts?

Yes, but don't expect the shaft to line up 100% perfect. Each shaft is made to fit each cue. It will be close, but not perfect.

The P3 and the Roadline 6 point are both UniLoc joints. The Roadline LE 1 and 2 have a Radial Joint.
I believe the shaft for all of these is the one with the thin black collar

I have a Roadline SP6 with 2 shafts and was thinking about picking up a P3 butt, only if I can use my same shafts.

Good info, thanks.

I did the same thing because I wanted a wrapless cue. P3 worked with all other shafts that had the uniloc joint. I play with a Longoni s2 shaft with a uni loc joint on a wrapless p3. Everything lines up great.

Call nielsons billiards, they will sell you the p3 butt and weight it with whatever shaft you have.

I'm not sure if you are joking. These are production cues we are talking about.
