Hi all,

Does anyone know an artist or graphic designer that might be interested in helping me design a logo? I have something in mind....but I am completely helpless in the artistic ways.

Hey Melissa,
It seems you already have a few options for your logo. Just in case you wanted one more....here it is. I have been an artist all my life, I have a degree in painting, had a business doing graphic billiard designs for shirts and posters AND have done logos for many businesses. Sooooo if there is anything I can do for you, let me know.

PM me the mandatory elements that you wanted and directions. i can come up of some designs. Graphic design is my biz since 1990.

Wouldn't it be fun to have a public contest here? Describe what you're after and ask folks to post their designs right here on the board! Then we could all have fun and see the criteria and the candidates. We could even help pick a favorite if you're not sure which one you like best!

I thought of doing something like that, but it didn't quite work out that way. I will be posting the design/s that I end up choosing. Right now, I have 2 very talented people that have already created some wonderful work for me....and we are just finishing up the details. I couldn;t make up my mind between the 2 very different concepts, so I will be using both for different things.

I want these 2 people to be recognized for their work, so once everything is completed, I will post the graphics and give them their props.

I would like to thank everyone who got in touch with me. The help and kindness is most appreciated.
