Does anyone know if the shop is still up and running?

HI all,

I placed an order at azbilliards.com for a bustamante vs reyes 8 ball and 9 ball video and dvd but had no confirmation or email or anyhting and they haven't replied to my email, does anyone know if they are still doing business?

I will assume then that they are no longer trading, I will have to check the credit card statement to see if they take the money.

Has nobody here bought anything from AZbilliards?
 
I once ordered two 9-balls with a autograph from Johnny Archer.

It took about 4 months when i got them, and due to not carefully packed the autograph was vanished!!!

I ordered an autographed Archer 9-ball over a month ago, have had no confirmation, and no response to two emails asking about it. If it ever shows up, sure hope it's autographed...I could get a 9-ball anywhere a lot cheaper!

And Piglit no didn't mention that about getting my $ back or something else.
I was afraid it would take another 4 months :confused:

The autograph was almost completly vanished it said only Johnny!!
They wrapped the balls in newspapers, and that i think made the autograph vanish!

I just got an email from Mike, azhousepro, who says he will check it out when he returns from the BCA event in Vegas, and that it should have shipped by now. Yes, it has been charged to my credit card. !?!
 
Oh cool, he is at the tournament, I don't mind a delay to be honest just don't want to have to involvee lawyers and credit card companies, as long as the stuff arrives in good condition and I get an email from him within the next week I will be happy.

I ordered a Megan Smith autographed 9-ball last year. After a couple of weeks I emailed Mike. He found out he was out of those and would a Johnny Archer be OK. I said that's cool.

After 2 or 3 more emails I finally got it but the autograph was smudged a bit. I also ordered one those claw-type cue holders but I never got it.

I think jjinfla also had problems with an order around that time.

I'm writing this as a favor to Mike believe it or not. With all the traffic this site gets he could make a bunch of money selling stuff if he can get his customer service up to par.
 
This is the first I have heard of an autograph 'vanishing' after I mailed it out. All of the balls are shipped in tissue paper wrapped in bubble wrap. Then the box is packed with newspaper to make sure the ball doesn't shift around inside the box.

Had someone informed me that the autograph 'vanished', I would have been more than happy to replace it.

I was in Vegas all week and will be getting back to both customers that sent questions about their orders right before I left.

I also had a long conversation with my partners on the marketplace while in Vegas and we are revamping the way we handle it. I hope all problems with orders will be a thing of the past.
