Does Anyone Own a Universal Cue like this

I posted this cue in the wanted/FS section. Just wondering if anyone owns one of these Universal Cues and could give me some background. This is a Model UN112 series cue.

I was told that this cue is made by the same company that makes Predator Cues and Lucassi Cues. ??

I have a couple of Universal cues...

I own a couple of different styles, I was told that these cues were prototypes. I'm not sure how to find out. I have never seen Universal cues like this.

I hope that is helpful. Here in Spain there are a lot of players with Universal cues.
Take a look to their LD shaft. It's had maple at top of the joint and then it becomes laminated (sorry my English)
