I’ve been looking for a wrapless Tascarella for a long time. It plays just as good as it looks. It just happened to be bumperless.

Buy a weight bolt from Tasc that is drilled and tapped so you can add a bumper. He will probably have he brown bumper and screw too. Remove your old weight bolt and replace with the new set up. Your weight bolt might possibly be drilled and tapped already.

Bumperless Tascarellas are built pretty tough. You would have to really beat on it to damage it. Not telling you to go and put your best foot forward. Normal use will not damage it.

There are lots of "slip-on" bumpers for cues. They don't look good AT ALL, but they should do the job of protecting the cue just fine.

This pink one looks rather fetching, it will look great on your classic, hyper-expensive cue (NOT). I liked the idea about the see-through plastic tubing.

Edit: Oops the image upload failed. You'll just have to imagine something pink and knurled, resembling the business end of a lady's personal gratification device. Oh, well.
