Instead of Russian pyramid how about a new federation for Buryat Pyramid?
Im interested in developing new pool federations for regions outside of major Russian cities.
I am translating some educational and league building documents to help pool players become organized.
Russian Pyramid could use a lot of updating.

I think there is no shortage of forum structure changes that could be made that would align with the natural taxonomy of pocket billiards but would ultimately have no actual practical value to the the forum or pool itself. I think having a Russian Billiards section on AZB would be an example of that.
Do you think there is even one person here that takes statements like this from you seriously?

There isn't enough interest to merit it's own section. As much as I would like an artistic pool section, there just isn't the interest in it.
Why do think I am joking? BCA looks to expand in Africa. Former Russia is better investment.
