I though Fred knew something of this though I might be mistaken. 
I believe there was a old post going into specifics of the break and other detailed bits of info on the game Nick provided. I'm getting older my mind went form steel trap to lava lamp...I can't say for sure.

Yes he does....He was just in our area and came for 2 weekends and gave lessons...Our local pool room owner had him there so I don't know how to get in touch with him....He does a group of 6 or individual....
Yes he does. I believe he's doing that now if Florida. I think you can go through his website and get information on where and when. I'll ask next time I talk to him or Toni.
