Don't deal with SLY! He is a scammer!

Hi Guys
Please be aware that do not deal with SLY
Leon took my money in full since 2017,
Never give my orders but secretly soldy orders to otehr people, and now he also blocked me.
Such an ashole. I have all the proofs if needed.
He still owe me 6 cues and refused to refund.

I will be really appreciate if any one could give me an advice and find a way to get my money back. Thank you so much!

Call the police.
 
Andy… welcome aboard. Sorry to hear this. I bought a sneaky from Sly. Once he’s paid he’ll do what he wants. Mine exceeded the given time frame by months. Did not follow instructions. Has an obvious sanding mark. There’s a reason he does not post on AZB.
File mail fraud. DA’s office. BBB. Any local consumer advocate group. Do a full court press. Sue him. Put a lien if that’s possible. File a criminal police report.

Agree. He has also done this to a friend of mine well over a decade for a lot of money. You need to take the legal route on this probably with a police report followed by additional legal action through the courts.
 
You probably have to take him to court to get your money back. I'm not sure how much the police can do on this. But the price of six cues and lawyer fees you're probably going to end up with pretty with nothing but headaches.

Agreed but if he’s doing it multiple people that’s pure theft, mail order fraud, wire fraud, etc. State attorney’s office, consumer advocates. The money is most likely at the track, casinos, pub, his nose, girlfriends crotch.
