I don't play any sanctioned matches these days, but apparently Fargo rate has 84 games in the system for me, so I guess it's unreliable for me. Nevertheless, matched up with a 647 ranked player last night for some cheese. Played him even 10 ball and even onepocket on a 9' diamond. I won the ten ball and then we played onepocket for three and a half hours and broke even. I don't get the time to test myself often, and my Fargo rating is using data from eons ago I think. So I didn't know how I would measure up. Anyway, last night was a solid performance and it's encouraging that my game hasn't totally fallen off a cliff.

Anyway, just ramblin' as always....
 
congrats on your 10 ball win, fargorate only measures 10 ball 9 ball and 8 ball games, it doesnt measure 1 pocket at all.

Lol, I gotta stay under the radar. In all seriousness, I think Fargo rate is great and who knows, I may dabble in the tourney scene one day. If I can get good enough to consternate a pro in a match or two then it would be a real treat.

No you can't. The data should be from league or tournament play. They don't want data from two guys matching up as it could be used (or perceived to be) to effect your ratings in a "negative" way.
