He is definitely not a thief, just a slow cue maker that has had a couple struggles in life and lacked some communication skills.

Not a thief. Poor manager.....I'm afraid not. That being the case no deposit..pay after cue is received and inspected would sit better.

the cue will never be made as the guy is out of business. and was just massaging him to keep him quiet so it doesnt hurt his other business and lose face from people that didnt know his past.
if he has changed more power to the guy. but if he had changed why didnt he send back the 200 and respond to the guys emails. you have to look at the facts as presented.
