Will you take $10,000 for it

Will you take $100 for it?
I am assuming it is inbetween these two but help us out some please

Why do people not post the price? Or at least a starting point, why a PM? I guess you want to get everything you can out of the cue, but I sure would appreciate a ball park when I see a nice cue to see if its worth pursuing. Why a pm?

Shrug. I sometimes forget to put a price when I am buying or selling, but once reminded, I add it. maybe you forgot? Or maybe not. I am just curious.

Felix

I agree. If no price posted, I will not go back to view the thread again. Post the asking price and I'm constantly checking back on cue........who knows....maybe even buying it.

Agree, PMing for price is unnecessary... although I just did.

Is everything straight? No major dings, dents, or finish flaws? Obviously the cue is not brand new, but I'm looking for a little more description. Very nice pictures BTW!
Thanks!

come on people! it's his cue to do with and sell it how he pleases period!!.....if he asks to receive a pm for price then either pm him or move on....it's that simple......now to the cue...

if this cues veneer and trim rings were green i just might have been all over it like stink on mule......cocobolo and ebony is one of my favorite combos for DPK....the one i used to own was very similar except it was rosewood into ebony.....

I like how a local website handles classifieds liestings....no price, the ad gets deleted. No questions. They don't allow people to run free "auctions" which is what this comes down to...."who'll give me the most?".

oh i see so you want to "regulate" how someone sells THEIR OWN PROPERTY??....if you don't like it move on and leave the seller to his own.....if you haven't realized it yet but this site doesn't charge to post anything for sale or not.......by the way whats wrong with getting the most for your item you can??...........it's very simple, his item, his way or go somewhere else.......i don't know this seller personally but i feel i have to chime in and give my opinion on this "we want it our way" attitude when its not even our item to make those decisions.......you want it? then do what it takes to get it period!..........ALL SKATE....

You may never know what this cue sells for

If you want it you can make a offer. If you ask confidentially you may get a reply. If it just had DPK on it!
Big cue here! If you need to ask how much you probably aren't a serious buyer.
Nick :)

I left the cue in my office and I won't get the specs until I get back to work on Monday. The tip size is a bit less than 13mm and it's 58 inches long. I don't have the weight yet. Still I insist you should send me a PM if you were serious about the cue. There is no "market price" for DPK cues. Check out my previous posts. I only hide the asking price when the cue is rare or extremely collectable.

no need explain at least there shouldn't be......those who know cues know why you did things this way..........good luck with the sale.....

Just pm him and copy and paste the response. Done.
I PMed him and got a price. It would be pretty tacky of me to post it here after I know he wanted to keep the asking price confidential.

Sure looks like a DPK, but does not have the flare at the end of the butt that is traditional to these cues. I've seen some that were trimmed down upon refinishing.

DPK's never had any flare at the butt end........you're thinking of an "Omega-DPK"......

I would like to see the wording of the email from Ed Young saying it was a DPK.
