that he has closed his pool room of 14 years on the 24th of June.

He was a nice guy to deal with I bought a case from him about 3 years ago after my friend who live in the area called me about a sale he was having.

I don't know this guy from adam- or you for that matter. You probably have a ligament gripe. He could very well have screwed you. But if you did him a favor because he was a good guy, then he probably is really the same guy today. His business closed. He lost everything. He was backed into a corner. People seem to change when they are in survival mode. But they are really doing the best that they can. Like I said, I am sure he remembers what you did and is thankful.
You are probably on his list, but not high on the priority side.
