I've been told that I'm very good at draw shots but I never realized it because I've been doing it for 65 years anyway I'll take a look at your video when I'm home from work.
Yeah I still work at 76,they pay me too much to retire and besides that it's easy work,I'm a desk jockey doing the same thing for 45 years easy peasy money.

Let us know if you find anything in the video new, different, or surprising. Even old dogs can learn new tricks on occasion.

Agreed. And the drills in the video can reveal those flaws (even for the people who might think they can draw the CB well).

My favorite drill is setting up the balls straight in line on the diagonal and drawing the CB into the corner pocket.

The side pocket drills in the video are "less frustrating" for most people. The long, diagonal corner pocket version is demonstrated in this video:

Draw is much harder to master than follow.
On shots where position can be achieved with draw or follow I always choose follow.

Agreed. But I think there are many "intermediate" and even some "advanced" players who could improve their draw shot consistency and control.

Draw is much harder to master than follow.
On shots where position can be achieved with draw or follow I always choose follow.

They don't say "Draw for Show, Follow for the Dough" for nothing.
