Earl interview

Sorry if this doesn't come out right. Having trouble posting the whole link. It's on that sneakypetemafia site somewhere.

Thanks for this. Earl is always interesting to listen to, and it is good to see a top pro experimenting with things like his long cue, shorter break cue, weights etc. Some of it may not work in the end, but innovation only comes from experimentation.

Also great of Steinway to offer Earl a job as house pro.

Although not an Earl fan, glad he can promote the game.
I don't have any confidence in him though.
He will screw something up and be kicked out of Steinway.
I predict that by the time he turns 60 he will be unemployed, broke, and even more whiney than he is now.
When he can't play pool anymore, he is going to be pitiful.
I mean, what's he going to fall back on? His bad manners don't count.

call me crazy but I am an earl fan. I tip my hat to the greatest 9 ball player that ever lived. It would be awful if he left us too early but fact is he is still around and we should enjoy him while we still can.

Glad to hear you're so positive.

Earl is one of the best that ever lived, not even you can take that away from him, LOL.
Have a great day !

Bad manners and lack of professionalism, do nothing to grow the game. Earl please step up and take the prize!

Interviewer needs an equipment upgrade. Directional mike for an interview. Background noise ruins the interview (for me at least).

I hope not.
I see to much of myself in Earl. I have many trades to fall back on and have done reasonably well over the years but as far as his ideals....I can relate.

One of the items on my bucket list is to get both my sons lessons from Earl, and if it works out maybe a lesson for the old blind squirrel too!

this is really choppy. is there a better link or a transcript for this?
cause what Earl's saying, is important.

You should play him when he turns 60 then. I'm also not much of a fan of his personality but I love watching his game. he will always have a place in the pool scene and will always be remembered as a legendary player, classy or not

i've tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome - i give up.
i think ABR (Mr Bond), needs to do another interview with Earl.
