I can't seem to put this cue down. Authenticated by Laurie as made around 82 - Goncalo Alves into BEM. Cue has an original thinner butt and weighs in at 18.7oz. 4 shafts. 3 have the original micarta ferrules. the 4th shaft was just made by DPK and picked up yesterday. Cue is in really great shape too given the age. Cue plays lights out. I thought just because it was an early cue the build quality might not be as strong as more recently built cues. Wrong. Jerry was getting it way right by then. But then again, he did have a strong teacher hanging around the shop.
