1983 R-14

my 1983 R-14 just refinished by keith josey. she was just sittin' around and i decided to give it a makeover. it was the only one made with onyx balls at the tips of the points. i also ordered it with a slightly undersized butt diameter (1.18) instead of the norm (1.28). i had a meucci with this diameter and i loved it. even though the cue has succumbed to nature over the years and developed a very slight roll in the butt, nothing that couldn't be taken care of by just replacing the handle from what i was told the shafts, 1 original and two made by bob runde in 1987, also have very slight normal movement but nothing that affects play. this cue has always been a gem as far as hit.

Nice

Skins: That R14 is smokin hot. Love the color combo, haven't seen it before.

Twice: Great cue, never seen another like it.

Thanks for sharing guys!

I like them because they make the cue more rare. But in general I like points to come to a point, not to a spearhead or ?? I dig your cue, that's for sure.

This one has a little variation and perfect points....

Bugs: I owned an SP8 exactly like that one. Nice cue.
