Easy Jumper Legal?

FTR, after reading this whole thread, I went to my table for a little experimenting. I have a couple of moosehead bridgeheads stuck on old, cheap 2-piece cues around my pool table. I unscrewed the shaft from one of them and used the moosehead bridge w/shaft as a jumping tool much like the E-Z Jumper. Worked perfectly, even on middle-of-the-table shots. And, most likely legal in any tournament where the mechanical bridge is legal (which is everywhere as far as I know). Now I'm not trying to knock anybody's action or hurt a persons sales, but for the trifling sum of 75 cents, I can pretty much do what the E-Z Jumper can do for 15 dollars.

I have yet to just use the moosehead in my hand only (no shaft attached), but cannot foresee any problems in doing so.

Just information. No less, no more.

Maniac (thinks the London bridge would work even better!)
