Very nice work and thanks for sharing. IMO the Pitch Diameter would be off and having the glue filling the voids.

The pitch of the threads can be changed by adjusting the compound
Slide on the carriage for the degrees of pitch for 5/16-18 is 0.05556.
Using a star thread cutter in the router is the best setup for this.
This was just a demo to help those who might not think it was
Possible and how easy to accomplish.

Nice job!! Very good idea! and well executed. You should be able to tweak all the little stuff and make some very usable threads... I like it a lot!!

Interesting router mounting fixture. It looks like it squeezes around router to hold it? Where did you get that gadget?
