Patience is a virtue Donny (you posted twice in 3 hours)! Not everyone spends all day on AzB. Geno lives up there. I'm sure he'll read your post eventually and steer you to some good places. The university has a fine gameroom. You could also go to GoPlayPool.com and look it up.

Happy Hollow in Eau Claire. No Diamonds but you can definitely find some shooters/action if you want it.

Yes, I've known Gene since I lived in Wisconsin many years ago.

At my age, I'm not looking for action, just a nice place to play a few games while I'm up there.

There is a nice pool room in La Crosse called Top Shots, it is right above a very good restaurant called Fazees. they have both 9 footers and bar tables, very friendly people, very fair table rates, and in a nice area.

Several players from around there travel to Shooters in Burnsville Mn to play the Mon and Wed night tourneys. Geno is regular when in the area. Send me a PM if you want to match up during the day. I don't play weekends.
