bruin70 don't wannabe M0DERATOR Silver Member Mar 29, 2004 #2 you can, but it's not contrasty. also depends on the cocobola. the look is nice, but i think the points look better with a single light veneer(like maple or something natural). it finishes off the points nicely. are you looking at a website image?

I have a Ted Harris cue that I think looks really good. The cocobolo is really firey orange. Check out his web site for some examples. I'll try and post a pick.
