Did someone Cut it , what is that at bottom of points . ???
Tape, was under the wrap from the 40s. Buttsleeve was cut off due to many cracks, it was just falling off, basically.
Add a sleeve with black epoxy, and you're perfect for wrapless.
That tape turns me off . I think I can Bairly see bottom of points going into handle . ??
It's just a remnant of the old wrap. I can sand the old wrap gunk off the handle for you.
I just didn't want to touch it if someone else wanted to do work on it. I can plainly see all return points in person, but the old glue/wrap gunk makes it tough.

Barely need to even them up, so probably. They are very close. I will take cuemakers photos tonight.
