I have a second copy of the book. This one is inscribed by Eddie to Jim. That was Jim Cullis, a billiard book collector. I bought the book from his estate. In a curious connection, I was the organizer of the 3-C tournament that Eddie referred to in the inscription.

Price, $340 shipped.

This picture shows the entire inside front cover (approx. 8 1/2 x 11)

The second copy of this book, pictured just above, is still available.
