The edge does feel more like a normal shaft........
I personally recommend anyone that has tried to play with a predator and had trouble adjusting to try the edge by Jacoby.
I've played with it for about 3 weeks now and just love it.
I( got back my English shot when i want to put allot of outside English and draw to make a ball and bring it back.
Very important shot in pool and now i have it back with the edge.
There is slightly a little more deflection that with the Predator but getting rid of all the deflection can cause other problems for sure.
I don't know how Jacoby figured this out but i think they have it right,.
Try it, you might like it.
There's a reason these edge shafts are back ordered about 4 to 6 weeks.
I have also used the ob classic not the ob1.
After all the hype on the classic I hit with it for maybe an hour and could tell I did not like it.
Felt rubbery, I guess is the best way for me to describe my dislike.
The Edge by far felt more like a natural shaft.
I would love to hear your take on it.
Also... You need to compare apples to apples. The classic pro is 11.75 mm so I hope you compare it to an edge at 11.75 mm and not 12.75 mm
