WOW Zeeder! Now I HAVE to make it over sometime just to get a look at that cue in person.

Well, if worse comes to worse, I'll definitely have it with me at Peoria next year!

then good choices indeed.

Bruin, I couldn't be happier with the cue! It looks gorgeous, plays great and has already gotten several complements from my opponents...lol.

jenn and not karen core lol I with ya jen does look a lot better !!!

The reason why I chose Jenn instead of someone else is three-fold:

1. I admire Jenn's work ethic and how far she has come with her game in the short time she's been playing.

2. Jenn is part of the AZB community.

3. Jenn is an attractive lady.

As a matter of fact, Jenn was the first one I contacted about the idea I had for the cue. In retrospect, perhaps I should have made it an all AZB cue and had Jenn, Sarah and Melissa on the cue! At any rate, I'm very happy with how the cue came out!

Matt, you sure do enjoy bringing back old posts...lol.

nice detail pics zack! edwin did a great job of capturing their looks!

Thanks icon! I've been getting a lot of people saying that Jenn's scrim doesn't look like her, although not many from here, so I thought I'd post a comparison of the scrim with the pic that I sent to Edwin.

wow that burl looks great. my skip is pretty plain. 4 pointer with veneers, leather wrap and a ivory joint. teddy garrahan told me he only plays with a skip so i got one and i couldnt be happier. i honestly think hes one of the most underrated cuemakers today. skip used to be a 100 ball runner back in the 70s here in NJ. i havent seen him play in around 25 years but i bet he can still play great.

Absolutely awesome! I guess I'm getting used to expecting that from Edwin! His art and design work is among the best out there! Even though there is no relation, I think he's as good at his trade as the other famous Reyes from the Philippines is at his own.

Tap Tap Tap!!!!

Zeeder,

Great comparison of the scrim done and the picture sent. I am doing some basic scrim work as a hobby, and I will have to tell those people who are saying that the scrim doesn't look like her... try doing it themselves. Doing a scrim layout of real people is one hell of a tough job I tell you.

Great pictures and comparison of the work BTW. :)

I agree with Hubie. I saw how Master Bandido did the scrim on Jeanette Lee and I'm telling right now to those critics that it takes a lot of concentration to do it. I even consider myself a nuisance when I visited Master ER so I subjected myself on hiatus so he can have his space and concentrate with his project.

Well, I played with this cue, and the BJX in TAP league tonight and I have to say that I love the balance and feel of the cue. I was able to pick it up and not have much adjustment at all.

I am horrible about describing the hit of cues but the hit is definitely on the firm side, which is what I like, and I was able to effortlessly move the cueball (although there's not much moving it on a damn barbox...lol). I didn't get a chance to jump with the jump cue or use the extension but I will try to give better feedback when I've had a little more time to get to know the cue! Sorry for not posting the pics sooner, but I just got home!

VEry nice cues...i guess you are a ladies man
