Hi everyone i ran into someone with an edwin reyes cue the other day at the pool hall that looked and felt like it was balanced great. had a great taper, i ddin't get to hit any balls with it (some shaft damage due to poor maintenance) but when i asked about getting one someone said that you couldn't order directly from mr.reyes. is this true is there a special way to go about getting one of these cues? really impressed with the cue

Edwin Reyes

The Master has a web site with examples of his work. There was one for sale here on Az the other day by Zeeder with a matching break/jump cue. I am the proud owner of a six pointer with matching jump/break cue. Edwin has been making cues for 20 years and hasn't hit 600 yet. I may be wrong, but I believe somebody mentioned that to me. He is a gentleman and will answer your PM's.

You should ask him

You should just ask him. I think his handle is Bandido - I think that is how it is spelled.

Edwin

I sent him an email from the email address on his website inquiring about some of his cues, and he answered me in good time quoting prices and turn-around times. Been some time though.

He's been busy as of late due to long queue of orders. I'll give him a call re this post. Btw...I'm also a proud owner (pls see my signature) using his equipment for more than 3 years. I have another incoming and the wait is killing me...

Nice Purdman, even with the fuzzy pictures they look sharp

I have that is part of the same collection of cues- Ed is still working on it, but sent me some photos a couple of months back. Looks great.

Dramatically different theme that Purd's cue but the same basic bones.

man you gotta post some pictures when you get it

Hi Guys!! I, as usual, am extremely busy and am not complaining about it. But such state has some downside that I am addressing NOW. I will be opening a Satellite shop, in the heart of Metro Manila in July 2007, that will be handling all cue repairs, sales of partials and parts (me thinks I overdid the river of woods and parts acquisition bit these last 8 years), pool cue/table accessories and finally ALL clerical duties to include catalogueing of all cues ordered, photography, correspondence, banking/bookeeping, packaging/shipping and website updates. I will have a higher percentage of my time devoted to cuecrafting, its related R&D/QA/QI on all components (tip-bumper since I only use what I make or reprocess) and development of task-dedicated machinery.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and PP2093 please shoot me another e-mail and title it with your handle here. I get quite a number of e-mail and even snail mail:confused: and am just overwhelmed.

Thank you my friends for always remembering me.:) :)

Edwin Reyes<<terrible with the clerical part

Antonio Gabica is now playing with his AzB8 Bois-de-rose with Snakewood 6-pointer (photos soon as I get a chance as Gaga spirited it away as soon as I said that it's done) and Ronnie Alcano is temporarily using MY 7-point ER full-splice (see "terminology question" thread in Cue Gallery for photo of cue)
