With this kind of report, i think Reyes and Busta are lining up themselves
for a chance of a lifetime as far as pool money is concern.

And by the way its the first time i heard that a failing eye sight could
be good asset in pool ;) Try to read for yourself anyway.

And by the way Efren and company will be coming over here in Oct. 29,
here in Dumaguete a 25 mins away island from Cebu where i came from.
I hope he could come and so that i could ask questions like the IPT. ;)

This is going to be real interesting to say the least, I think the government is just saving face by saying these things, I guess they think it would sound bad to say they chose to play in the US instead of for their country.

If they don't play here either then something is up, that would be really bad if they were out of both, because the reason given just doesn't add up.

I'm betting they play in the IPT tournament.

I guess will find out soon enough.

They are ..

'cutting class' ... lol Sounds like the excuses Hi Schoolers
give ... Sure they are going to play in the IPT, but I bet
they won't be on camera anymore than they have to.

I was told only a week or so ago that Efren and Busta realized the IPT tour will conflict with the SEA games. And also that they are almost certain to choose to play the IPT event. Doesn't seem the local officials will push or punish them.

This is a once in a lifetime chance for them. Especially Efren who is guaranteed about $US30k as a Hall of Famer for the first event and will need to play all he can to try to keep a high ranking on the IPT tour.

With Efren Reyes being the reigning champion of this event, he's going to get a nice little warm-up for the IPT King of the Hill Shootout. ;)
