Yes, ME TOO! Watched the first hour or so and it just cut off. Tried logging in again with the same user & PW and it won't log on!

When I paid last night, it took about 10 minutes to get login and password. I got in fine last night and tonight but got kicked out about 10 min ago. Now, my password wont work.

I can't even get anywhere to log in. I get an email today that iPads won't work because it's running Flash. That would have been nice to know before I bought the 3 day package which I haven't been able to watch 1 second of!
REALLY..This is the state of pool.....and you wonder why the sport is in trouble...over promise and under deliver......very sad

Well i managed to finally get on and it was unwatchable. Was like watching flashcards. I missed so many shots I just gave up.
Since I haven't gotten a response from emails, I'll just contest via paypal. They had plenty of time to get this figured out before the match and it feels like they couldn't be bothered.
I guess there is a reason this is the first in 5 years. Maybe it will be there last.
In comparison, TAR and POVPOOL are really good.

I got logged in but the streaming quality is so bad that is like looking at a book page by page. Did not get watch a lot of shots. I try to type in on chat page about streaming is very choppy no one really answer or fix the problem. And i also paid for all 3 days..angry::angry::angry:

i mean honestly, thats nice for the people that DIDN'T pay for it. But for everyone else that paid for it, thats a slap in the face. why did we pay for it then if they were gonna stream it for free ?

I understand your frustration I had similar problems, but when I went on with firefox the stream played perfect and I had no trouble. It also goes to the right log in screen with firefox. I had the same issue with trying to re-log-in and getting the error message, so I emailed JR and sent Alvin a Facebook message. They both responded immediately and were very helpful. JR gave me a new username and password. Between that and firefox it all worked great!! Alvin and JR do so much for pool and always give us free streams. They had problems sure, but so what if people see the loop who didn't buy the stream. I say that's irrevelant... We should all buy the stream to support pool, donate to those who stream videos, and help the people who are doing something to keep pool alive...Just ask for your money back..I assure you they do care. Try firefox,,

What we got for $26 was a joke....go back to free streams in the future and leave the PPV to the people that know what they're doing.. that was just brutal.
I had to turn the volume off. No offense to Tony, I know he had lots going on, but HOLY CRAP those commentators were a joke. Unbelievable.
