Efren Interview "1995 Maine Event"

Found videos of Efren's first straightpool match in a tournament. He defeated Jose Garcia. It was with Billy I., Mike Lebron (he sounds sooooo gangsta ala scarface lol) and the dude with the raspy voice Ervolino (sp?)His high run of the match was 78 I think. Anyways the best part is the interview after he got out. They talk about how Efren learned 1pocket and things Efren learned in the US in general:

See even in straightpool Efren gets lucky :p

Watching the entire match it was fun to see how the straightpool veterans were noticing how Efren wasn't playing the right patterns but he still manages to get breakballs because of his ability to move the cueball around at will.

Just a small correction, contrary to popular belief it was not Efren's first 14.1 event. He played in the 1993 U.S. 14.1 open.
