One time in Raleigh,N.C. he was standing in front of me and of course others and he broke wind. He just looked around and had that grin on his face. It was hilarious. :D

gret pic. thanks for sharing. what was he doing at the time?
scott the shot was sitting behind the desk asleep, so efren grabbed the mic, turned it on and yelled into it and woke his ass up haha

The guy loves to do karaoke too! Before we were married, my husband used to live over a poolroom owned by a good friend of Efren's and flew him over to play Harry Platis. I would spend the night and so did Efren, Luat and Andam. Anyway, when I stayed over, I would wake up early or late at night and there would be Efren, just like the picture, crooning into the mic karaoking in this gigantic ballroom near the pooltables. Those were the days!

A rare Picture ...

for most of us to see with Efren smiling like that.
See this is some of the stuff they need to show
about the players in the IPT, showing how the
players also have fun outside of Pool, human
interest things. They also need to do some of
this for the Mosconi Cup team.

Snap-man,
I see what you mean, and agree in part. This whole "human interest" thing though can go to far. The quadrennial abortion that is the Olympics is completely filled with the "my father died, my brother had leukemia, my grandmother was killed in a car accident, my girlfriend had a terminal case of hemorrhoids" vignettes. Geez, I'm getting steamed just thinking about it. It has RUINED the televised coverage of the Olympics. Far more soap opera-like "human interest" stories than sports. NOBODY gets much face time on the network Olympic broadcast unless they have some sort of personal tragedy or sob story to tell. When you think that everyone dies eventually, and everyone has loved ones dead or dying - do we really need to keep hearing about it on television???
