Can you source the ivory please? Personally, I'm not interested. However, as it pertains to the legality of it, I would love to see it sourced. Not only in terms of when it was procured, but where it came from as well.

I'm sure it will be an interest of anyone interested in buying, so it gets that question right out of the way.

Also, there was no reason to be rude!

If you are not interested then what does it matter to you? What business is it of yours?

If he is not interested then the source or legality falls to a conversation or pm between the seller and the potential buyer. Then, the potential buyer can decide whether or not to pursue a purchase.

I found nothing rude about his statement. It was blunt but not rude.

Couldn't agree with you more .

The source is listed in the first word of the title.

The when is listed in the first two words of the description.

I think he wants to know the exact coordinates & how the ivory was obtained.
The ivory in my cue, (cue dated 2001), came from Gorongosa National Park, Mozambique.

This particular ivory came from a beautiful female elephant, (Johnny Weissmuller wanted this beast in 1932 for his movie but the producers used Indian elephants for those movies). Anyway the tusk was lost in a ferocious fight with a bull elephant but still won the fight and regrew the tusk in about a year

Queen George, RIP, died peacefully in January 1984, within a few days of Johnny Weissmuller as far as authorities could tell.

The joint, Hoppe ring, and one ferrule is from this lost tusk from what I was told late one night by a cook at the Waffle House that claimed he grew weed with a guy that was a friend of the fella that built my cue. I thought about getting rid of this cue because that cook might be lying!
