Apparently, I have been inviting people to try some raspberry diet gum drops or
something... April 25th someone got access to my email account and sent emails to some of the addresses on my account.

The unauthorized log in occurred via IP 70.215.66.126 USA (PA) hosted by myvzn.com (myverizon)??

guess it's time to change all passwords again

couple days ago got an 'uncompatible' message from Norton 360 after a scan that I should disable Malewarebytes and McaFee. Been running all three for a couple of years without this conflict message. I chose to not disable either, maybe that was the wrong choice..I try to be careful what sites I visit..but seems like it's just a matter of time before this sh`t happens...sorry for the rant and any bogus emails that I may have issued unknowingly.

Just a security reminder from your friendly neighborhood information security professional. Running *two* antivirus packages simultaneously on the same system is a Bad Idea[TM]. Reason: each AV instance inserts a "shim" into file system I/O and networking stacks of your operating system, and these shims will conflict with and corrupt each other. "Conflict" meaning either you'll outright see the issue -- one flagging you to disable the other, or worse yet, you won't see anything at all and additionally, both AVs will miss infections because they're busy butting heads with each other.

Pick one of the two, and remove the other. Although information security is an onion (it's better to have many layers), this is one instance where you have a conflict and head-butting occurring on the same layer.

MalwareBytes is a great tool, btw. If you want to have multi-level security (a great idea), redirect the money that you invested in the second/unnecessary AV package into a license for the professional version of MalwareBytes. That is money well-spent/-redirected.

EDIT: And, MalwareBytes won't conflict with AV packages, because MalwareBytes is not constructed as an anti-virus package; it's anti-malware, and the shims it installs go in a different place in the operating system.

Their was HTTP in front of that.. since when can you copy and paste an address on here and it turns into a hyperlink? I use to have to use the link button, but this time it posted as a link by itself..
