Found this on youtube. Although this is a snooker instruction, I thought he gave a very good explanation of how applying "side" or english works and all the effects it has on the cueball (note: there was no OB so throw is not discussed)
I think this is a good video to show people who are just learning the use of english. Also, at the beginning, he was explaining the usefulness of the drag kill shot.

I notice how he doesn't agree with the use of BHE though.
(or maybe it's because in snooker side is not as used much?)
