Entire Collection for sale 13 cues in all.

i have a friend who sells alot of stuff on ebay.. like a buisness and since most of it is made by him.. he doesnt report it.. he bought a 18grand motorcycle with it cash.. except.. he made small payments to the dealer over the winder.. and yes there is a 10,000 report they must make if somebody brings in cash.. but they also must report somebody if they bring in smaller amounts within a certain period.. i dont know what it is.. but he stayed under the radar..

I'm thinking if someone buys the cues knowing this guy is in trouble w/ IRS, they would be at risk of having the cues confiscated and maybe even getting charged with a crime for being an accessory to something or other. I'm no lawyer, but I've a strong hunch this is possible.

Something like this was in the last episode of the Sopranos. One of the good guys bought a BMW from one of the family members that was in prison. He heard a noise and the Feds were there confiscating the car. He told them that he bought it and they told him too bad.

Just a quick note. The car was actually a 2005 Maserati Cambiocorsa coupe. The car originally belonged to Johhny Sack but due to an asset swap ended up belonging to Tonys nephew Christopher Moltisanti. It is true the car ended up with the US Marshall's ( Something about a lack of official paperwork). :D

this is all part of the USA patriot act of 2001...alot of this is based on money laundering issues.... also the BSA <bank security act> for example the financial establishment is required by FEDERAL law to report any money transaction of over 10k by filling out a CTR <Currency Transaction Report> -wire transfer, purchase in cash, or deposits, money order purchases... The financial establishment is able to also fill one of these out for any "suspicious transactions" they deem necessary--- at the disposal of the establishments..... also if you buy money orders/wire money etc.. the establishment must also fill out a SAR <suspicious activity report> and send in when money orders are bought in amounts over 2000.00.... A SAR may also be filled out by the establishment if they think the activity is suspicious.... the IRS now has a whole department dedicated to the above...

just some info as i've had the new department of the IRS at my store 3 times going over this stuff as i have western union...
