Ernie Martinez cue F/S with 2 shafts Beautiful Spear cue

Hot Pockets

It is time to let this cue go to a new owner. This Ernie Martinez was made Feb 2, 1996. The cue features Cocobolo Hi Low points in Purnumbuco wood with spear tips and inlays in every other point.
The butt is Purnumbuco with spears and stretched diamonds.
The rings are silver with ebony and "white" blocks in all positions.
The wrap was just redone by Ned Morris. (There was nothing wrong with the last wrap, but Ned is the Master when it comes to wraps and i wanted his on the cue).
The pin is Ernies signature pin with his logo engraved on it and the numbers 2196 which stands to reason that this is the date.
The shafts are like new. One has a short ferrule and the other is standard. The LD was chalked and tried out, but not played with, the other has very low milage as well.
The condition of the cue is 9/10. Nothing I have seen that stands out, but I do believe in stating the obvious, it is not new, but looks very close to it. Nothing noticable about the finish. The cue is Beautiful!
The playability is off the charts! A very smooth consistant hit with a great balance point. In my opinion it plays better than most of the top cues I have played with, and I have owned some of the best players in the business. Playability is a tasters choice, you will have to judge for your self!

The Butt is 30" long
The shafts are 29" & 29.5" long
The cue is 19oz on the nuts.

$2600.00 We can deal direct or we can do an escrow thru Ned Morris, what ever make you comforatable.

A very smooth consistent hit with a great balance point from your post.
The above is Ernie's perfect balance that all his cues have,it's like the cue defies gravity.
Ernie's cues rarely come up for sale,I'm in his home town and there are a lot of his cues here and good luck getting someone to part with theirs.

Its funny you say that, but Balance point is something that i wouldnt normally talk about when it comes to describing a cue, but it really stood out with this cue. I think "It defy's gravity" pretty much sums it all up!

Pass the word, this is a great cue to own.
