FYI,
Tried Ertalyte (White) for a Spliced Cue Cap.
Machined like Delrin, left lots of burrs.
Problem, the material flexes. Was drilling pilot hole and points popped-out.
Seems any movement in the Ertalyte will crack that brittle,ultra-thin bond
of glue. ..............
