Eurowest

so a few weeks ago i noticed a clicking noise when i put my shaft on. I was not sure what the problem was so I took it into blatt billiards. They sent the cue back to Eurowest to take a look......Blatt went MIA as far as letting me know whats going on, so I contacted Markus and let me tell you.....Eurowest has the best customer service and care than any company I have ever dealt with.

First they tried to take it apart and rebuild the handle. that didnt work so now t they are rebuilding the whole cue. I really didnt expect this kind o of service from a cuemaker. I am blown away right now that they would take the time to rebuild a cue that they already sold.

just wanted to spread the word that this company is amazing.....and there cues play sooooooo nice.

Eurowest is a cue maker I have on my list, Im also going to try thier new line of cloth as well..

I havnt had the pleasure of owning a Eurowest yet. But I will say that Markus is one hell of a cool guy and his company puts out one hell of a nice looking and playing cue. I look forward to seeing him at Valley forge each year.
