Well, I just had one. I'm gonna pour out my heart on this one. I have waited on this game forever. Well, I got it. I won't tell who (so as not to knock), but he played almost flawless on me, giving me the break. I have to say I thought I had the nuts. I played my fu@#ing heart out, and he played better. We played ten ahead for quite a bit, and the guy deserved to win. There were three different times he didn't miss a ball for seven or eight games. It makes you not wanna play for a while. Sorry, I had to vent. I thought I was playing good. I was down four and hit him with four. That's the level we were playing. I just couldn't get there. Almost everyone bet and sweated on me. Did he outrun the break? I don't know. I do know this. I need a couple of days to stop the bleeding. Okay, I'm gonna go get whacked out. Thanks for listening.

i'd rather play well and lose, than lose because i played poorly. find solace in that. keep your chin up.

Losing

I know the feeling.
Like a few weeks ago when my team ended up third in the VNEA regionals getting blown out in our last match on Sunday.

I had to be coaxed in off of the ledge

I hate losing with the fire of a thousand suns. I shake hands and say good game but on the inside I'm burning. Sometimes I think you could fry an egg on my forehead. I guess when it doesn't bother you it's time to hang it up.

Losing always sucks, but it's twice as bad if you lose because you played like a twit. If I give up a good fight and play well, I think o.k....I'll get him next time. If I lose in embarrassing fashion, I'm like, o.k....someone needs to hit me in the head with a hammer and take my cue away!!!:smash:

I'd be pretty pleased with a performance like that. I would be mad I set up any game other than a complete lock though :P Sounds like you underclocked him.
