Hi Yobagua,

I've also known Earl for years. When ever he competes, he does so at full throttle. Whether it is billiards or golf. Yes, he rubs some people the wrong way. It is somewhat like the late Dale Earnhart. To his fans, he was a cut above, beloved. To his competitors, he wanted to win at any cost! If that meant "pushing" someone out of the way, so be it. Some fans thought it was great. He was so loved, that no one dared to criticize his actions, including NASCAR. That did not make it right. But thats the way it was. It's the same with Earl! Take him away from the table, different person. Which one are the voters voting for? Which one do we care about?
