excellent dealing with jazznpool

I wanted to say something about my recent dealing with Martin Bick (jazznpool). I had never dealt with Martin before, but had only read good things about him on this forum. Martin was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and made every effort to accomodate me as the buyer, including a couple of extra, unexpected measures on his part. Although it took a couple of days longer than expected, the cue arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with it. Cues can become very expensive, very quickly and it is a real relief when it feels like the seller is honestly committed to providing a positive buying experience for the purchaser. Martin was a first-class person to deal with and I would definitely recommend him as one the best cue dealers I have known.
