I recently acquired this old Brunswick cue from a friend of mine in France, who collects old cues. and I have never seen a Brunswick logo of this type. He told me it was from the early 1900's but I can't seem to find any info on it. I know Brunswick had a office in the early 1900's in Paris and this cue has a wood to wood joint, tapered like the early French cues, has Brunswick Queue stamped on the extremely old ornate bumper, had a cork or leather wrap that has been deteriorating but is still half there, the # 525 stamped on the butt. The two pictures I have of this cue are not great but my camera is on the fritz. It has 7 small mother of pearl dots on the forearm, 1 big mop circle inlay on the butt surrounded by 6 small mop dots, an ivory joint, an ivory ferrule, and an ivory ring at the end of the butt. The forearm is half maple or fruitwood and rosewood. The butt is rosewood. I don't know a whole lot about this cue but I do know it is very old. Any info would be appreciated. Merci! Wyatt
