F/S custom wayne holmes cue superb looking!!

Hello guys/girls

I am a new member here but not new to the pool scene, i have been playing pool on and off for 7/8 years and i love pool like all you do here. i try to play as much as i can but due to work i cant play as much as i would like but thats just life, a few weeks ago i was playing with a friend for money and the race was to 150 and i just won 150-148 ( yes i was scared) and i won £1800 (im from england) and it was a great day as you can imagine but my friend is short of cash atm so instead of paying me all the money he will give me some money but he gave me his custom wayne holmes pool cue that he has not had for long, i have all the details about the cue and im going to take pics on the weekend so i can put it up here for sale. he paid over £1k for this but cant remember the exact amount when was new which is roughly $1500+ i think and that including shipping. i only want to sell not to trade as i have other cues so i dont need any atm and paypal is the only method i would accept.

condition is very good cue has not been used heavily, there is a tiny little dink on the bottom of the cue if you look at pic 4. And there is a little nick on the last pic very hard to see and take pic of overall in super condition of a fantastic quality cue. the shaft is in used condition of course and has a few little scratches as you would expect from being used at the table

The pool cue is to be 58" in overall length when fully assembled, at an overall

Somehow this thread does not sound kosher. I may be wrong and I hope so but whoever answers do not give out any information . Some scammers send a phoney PayPal bill for the amount agreed upon and have you enter your password.

Whats your UK number? I live in the UK. I will hazzard a guess and say I know every single player in the UK with a Wayne Holmes cue so let me know who you got it from. If you are legit, having a reference from me will help you a great deal.

I know all those guys. Dean Mazerel has started turning up to a few GB9 Events. Nice to see he is playing again.

That's great news about dean the last time i saw him was about 2 years ago and he was studying at college, dean is a great player with so much natural talent it amazes me. Have you heard from dave as he said he quit pool that must of been about a year ago just wondered what he is doing ?

Dave has got a promotion with British Gas so he is not fitting anymore, he is at the head office leading a team. So the pool became secondary. I saw him earlier this year, he came over for a day.

What is it that doesn't sound "kosher" to you? Other than offering more information than most sellers usually do, seems to me he's made a fair offer. Not to mention, posting his UK telephone # and quoting the correct name of the original buyer (Corsby).

If the cue is purchased by a US buyer I'll be more than happy to act as Escrow Agent for the deal at no fee other than whatever shipping is involved on my part.

you allway's get the odd idiot on any forum that screws your sale thread up but nevermind. the cue is still for sale and it looks like sam might be buying it back after all this but i may relist it again anyway thanks for the heads up wayne and larry keep your smart arse comments to yourself!!!!
