This is considered a "jump/break /play" cue by Jacoby. I put a few custom ordered cues in around Halloween last year, and had them bring them with them to Edison NJ, for the Super Billiards Expo this year, and picked this up there...
There is no blueing on it, and it is in near excellent condition. There's one small ding on the shaft about an a half inch down from the joint collar, and a small ding on the butt section (very hard to see) a few inches down from the joint collar. Both are small, and can easily be repaired easily if you'd like..
Weight can be 17.8, 18.1, 19.3, or 19.6ozs.. If necessary, I could machine a bolt to get it about 20oz, but that is as heavy as I can get it..
Shaft weighs 4.0oz
Tip is about 12.8mm..
Jacoby price for it was $525(I think, might have been $595). The custom number under the bumper is 0113-101, but it doesn't come up on their Web site's search function. I'm sure you could just call them with the number to see if they could offer any additional information about it.
SOLD!!!!!
